With the buddy system, TADA connects a volunteer with a TADA graduate from the weekend school for individual mentoring.
Therefore, the volunteer becomes an important trusted person. They work together on personal development, overcoming challenges and providing academic support.
The goal is to encourage all young people in the alumni network to obtain a diploma in order to increase their chances of finding a job and to contribute positively to society.

Support TADA with your organization
To support TADA as an organisation is very valuable for us and can be done in different ways. On the one hand your company can help us by providing us with guest teachers for certain courses.
Many organisations see their participation in TADA as a socially inspired team building activity. Here you can see a VRT report about our workshops at Johnson & Johnson. On the other hand, you can support TADA by offering pro bono services on legislative projects, strategic decisions, administrative support, communication, graphic design or bookkeeping.
